It's all about the crust! Ours comes from dough made in-house daily and given plenty of time to proof. It’s somewhere between thin and thick with just enough chewiness and crunch. Our house sauce features San Marzano tomatoes, some of the best in the world, with a bit of fresh basil and sea salt to really make them sing. Note, pizza is made in a gluten-friendly kitchen, prepared and cooked using shared equipment. Not recommended for those with celiac disease or gluten allergies.
