Woodfired Pizzas

We make our dough every day and let it slow rise for 24 hours. This helps develop extra flavor. Cooking pizza in a wood-fired oven is an artisan craft that creates a crust with variations. It is not unusual to have charred and toasted spots around the edges. Our pizzas are hand-tossed to two sizes - medium (10") and large (14").
