The Mark Olympia

Our Pizza al Taglio is par-baked in-house. It will be finished to perfection in our front-of-house Pizza Forno when it is ordered. It can be taken home for later or eaten here when it is crisp and hot. The Pizza al Taglio cuts are approximately 8 by 3 inches and are cut into three pieces for service. It can easily be for one person or shared as small bites. After the Forno, everything is finished with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
