This is a vegan dish, but you wouldn't know it by taste. Homemade sundried tomato pesto, shallot, edamame, fresh grape tomato, julienne sun-dried tomato, and kale chiffonade with Beyond Vegan sausage and vegan mozzarella.

All our burgers are freshly ground in-house from certified Angus primal beef or natural whole muscle chicken. Choice of a beef patty, ground chicken patty, or a Beyond (vegan) patty. Served with your choice of pasta salad, pea salad, or sweet potato salad. Option to sub in sweet potato fries or spiral Jo'-Jos. Gluten-free bun available.

Personal favorite (am I allowed to say that? Hmmm). Cucumber dill slaw, fresh tomato, feta cheese crumble, and homemade dill tzatziki. Highly recommend the chicken patty on this one, but any way you pile it, it's just good.
