Enchiladas

House-made corn tortillas lightly fried in oil, stuffed with a filling, and smothered in a rich sauce. Served with a side of seasoned rice and your choice of refried beans or black beans.

Quesadillas

House-made corn tortillas filled with queso Oaxaca (Oaxacan cheese) and served with sour cream and fresh salsa (medium or hot). One quesadilla per order.

Tamales

Each dish comes with two tamales, rice, beans, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro, a side of cooked green tomatillo salsa, and your choice of fresh salsa (medium or spicy) if you want to add some heat.

Ceviche

Ceviche is a chilled seafood dish in which raw seafood is marinated in lime or lemon juice, and the acid in the juice "cooks" the seafood (without heat). Each ceviche dish is served with two freshly fried house-made tostadas.
