These are burgers not for the faint of heart. They are gooey, messy, and are for extreme burger lovers! They are designed for the ultimate in flavor and quality. We use fresh, never frozen, grass-fed, grass-finished local ground chuck steak in all our burgers, and we hand-form our patties daily. Our buns are hand-crafted. Just quality ingredients!

For those of you that wish to build your own burger, here ya go! All burgers come with our signature red sweet pickle relish and thick gooey mayo. Option to add lettuce, tomato, raw onions, sautéed onions, American cheese, mozza provolone cheddar blend, mushrooms, honey cured bacon, or blue cheese. Option to upgrade to a grassfed ground chuck steak patty or hand-crafted chili. Option to add a side of steak fries, side salad, or caesar salad.

This is the same recipe that we have used for over 25 years in Whatcom County. Our fish is hand cut up to 3-4 times a day, and the pieces are very large and hand dipped in our own tempura-style batter to order. Our fish and chips are served with all-you-can-eat Private Reserve Steak Fries.
