Homemade ice cream made one gallon at a time right in the cart with only milk, cream, eggs, and sugar. Flavors are blueberry crumble (blueberries, graham cracker pie crust), real OG Madagascar vanilla (Madagascar vanilla bean), Thai tea (real brewed Thai tea), and just mint (mint leaves and peppermint oil).

Made the traditional Japanese way with tender boneless thigh meat. We drown those sexy thighs for 2 days in our secret marinade. Then when you order, we roll them in starch and give them a nice hot bath in some oil to make them crispy. Served with simple straight up spicy mayo.
