Sizzling Fajitas (Fa-hee-tas) are prepared in the traditional cooking style handed down for generations in Mexico. This traditional style has been refined and perfected by our chefs. Marinated strips of beef, chicken, or shrimp grilled with fresh bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, and spices, then presented sizzling to your table. Served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, whole beans, refried beans, black beans, rice, and warm tortillas. Fajitas are eaten as a taco.
